Assembly Responsibility Disclaimer
All Beckert products and related drivetrain components are intended for professional installation into existing gearboxes. The customer is fully responsible for correct positioning and assembly of all components, adjustment of necessary clearances, ensuring proper lubrication, and performing functional verification of the gearbox after assembly.
Beckert shall not be held liable for damage to components, the gearbox, or the vehicle caused by incorrect assembly, the use of incompatible parts, or insufficient inspection after assembly.
Warranty applies only to proven manufacturing defects of supplied components. It does not cover damage resulting from assembly, operation, misuse, or loads beyond the intended motorsport use of the product.
By purchasing and using these products, the customer agrees to these terms and assumes full responsibility for the assembly and operation of the gearbox.
Customers are advised to review all available product information, specifications and notes prior to purchase. If certain product details are not listed or are unclear, customers are responsible for contacting Beckert for clarification before ordering. Complaints arising from assumptions, misunderstandings or lack of inquiry shall not constitute a valid claim.Warranty & Claims Conditio
Every gearbox from Beckert technology, comes without oil.
Warranty Period
A warranty claim may be submitted no later than one (1) year from the date of issue of the final invoice.
The warranty only covers the teeth of the wheels (not the dog´s).
Obligation to Provide Invoice
When submitting a warranty claim, the customer must provide the original invoice or a verifiable copy.
Claims submitted without proof of purchase will not be accepted for evaluation.
Obligation to Document the Issue
The customer must provide onboard camera video footage capturing the moment when the issue occurred, starting from the moment the fault first became noticeable until the failure or the vehicle comes to a stop.
Claims submitted without relevant video documentation will not be accepted for evaluation.
Unauthorized Intervention During Warranty
If the gearbox has been opened, serviced, or modified during the warranty period by a company not authorized by Beckert to service gearboxes, the warranty claim is void.

Standard procedure for ordering delivery
(does not apply to events of unforeseeable occurrence)
The customer orders the product thru sale manager
The customer will be asked to fill out a registration form in our system (if they are a new customer)
An invoice will then be issued for items with pre-agreed prices, with a 50% deposit required
After payment, the system automatically evaluates whether to send the order to production, where our warehouse staff prepare the order.
If not all parts are in stock, the customer is informed and given an estimated delivery date in advance.
When the order is ready, the customer will receive a reminder about the availability of the product(s) they have ordered and will be required to pay the second half of the payment based on the advance invoice. (This does not apply if the advance invoice was paid in full in the previous step).
After the funds are received in our account, the system automatically evaluates that the order is ready for shipment, and our team takes care of packaging and shipping.
